Daily Rates = (Weekly Rate)/5

Normal weekly rental periods are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time 3:00pm and Departure time 10:00am.  Guests are kindly asked to contact us before arrival date with arrival details.

Booking / Cancellation:

1. Booking Deposit of €100 payable immediately to secure booking. (Once full payment is made this will become a refundable deposit to cover electricity/loss/damage/breakages and excess cleaning).

2. Full payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

3. 100% of total charge if cancelled at 0-2 weeks notice.

4. 50% charge if cancelled at 2-6 weeks notice.

5. Minimum of €100 non-refundable on any cancellation.

No smoking or pets allowed.
